NEW! Attention & Focus DNA Report

Written by Joe Cohen, BS | Last updated:

Are you running on empty? Trying your hardest to be the best that you can be, but left feeling inferior, inadequate, undisciplined, and hopelessly disorganized?

You’ve been told that you’re lazy, you don’t try hard enough or that you have “so much potential”.

Yet, you’re left wondering how on earth you can access this potential when you feel like you’re living in an entirely different world than everyone else.

You don’t know what to do anymore.

You’ve tried everything.

Setting reminders, using checklists, reading organization tips, repeating things in your head so you don’t forget them, using a calendar, reducing distractions, and the list goes on.

But, nothing worked.

And if you can’t learn how to pay attention and focus, you’re scared that you’re going to fail at life. Forever.

Well, guess what?

📣 IT’S NOT YOUR FAULT. 📣

Seriously. Some people have “easily distracted” written in the code of their DNA.

If that’s you, I’ve got some good news for you today.

You can do something about it.

“I’ve heard that before…”

Yep, I’m sure you’ve spent your fair share of time googling “how to improve focus” and read a bunch of articles that promised the secret to solving your attention problems.

The PROBLEM with all those tips is that they aren’t tailored for your unique genes.

If you want to fix a problem, you need to address it at its root cause. Here’s what I’m talking about…

Increase your omega-3 intake to fix your faulty TPH2 gene.

The TPH2 gene encodes a protein that is used to make serotonin in the brain.

Some people have a version of the TPH2 gene that results result in less serotonin being produced, and low serotonin levels have been associated with ADHD and ADHD-like

symptoms like difficulty focusing, concentration and maintaining attention.

When you start including more omega-3 fatty acids in your diet by eating more fish or supplementing with fish oil, you get more EPA and DHA (types of omega-3s) in your diet.

EPA helps by causing your nerve cells to release more serotonin whereas DHA makes the receptor that serotonin has to grab on to more accessible so that it can start doing its job.

So, you can focus more, pay attention and start living up to your true potential that everyone talks about.

Check Your Genes & Make The Change

This is just one example of how your DNA can be at the root of your attention issues. And it’s really only relevant if you’ve got the faulty gene to begin with. There are a total of 21 genes and 59 SNPs (variations within genes) that you need to look at.

That’s why we’re excited to release our brand new Attention & Focus DNA Wellness Report!

This DNA report looks at all the genes involved with attention and focus and then provides you with a personalized list of diet, supplement and lifestyle recommendations that will help you counteract any negative effects from your genes.

The power to live the life you’ve been dreaming of is literally a button click away.

Get your genes tested with a SelfDecode DNA kit or upload your DNA file if you’ve already had them tested with another company. Once your DNA is uploaded to our system, all you have to do is click the download button on the DNA report and start making changes!
