Food Sensitivities & How To Check For Them

Most of you already know my story and how I suffered from numerous health issues that were holding me back from my true potential, and that I was able to pinpoint my genetics as the root cause.

When I finally began to really connect all the dots, that’s when my life changed. Almost ALL of my issues stemmed from one major thing: food sensitivities.

My brain fog, gut issues, skin issues, anxiety, mood swings, sleep problems…all of it was tied to one major food sensitivity that I have.

LECTINS.

The thing with food sensitivities is that they can cause such a broad range of symptoms that everyone thinks they might have it, but no one knows how to check if they do.

On the other hand, many people don’t think it’s the cause of their issues and they end up realizing it’s actually a huge part of the problem.

Traditionally, there have been two main ways to test for food sensitivities, but neither of them are great options.

Elimination diets are very difficult to implement.

Food sensitivity tests are not accurate enough to determine what someone’s food sensitivities are.

That’s where genetics comes in.

We now have the capability of looking at your genetic data and giving you an estimated probability of your likelihood for different food sensitivities.

My Two Main Food Sensitivities: Lectins & Alcohol

I’ll get to my unfortunate relationship with alcohol on another day, because I had cut out alcohol from my diet a long time ago because I knew it wasn’t good for my body.

Lectins are the sneaky little culprit that I want to address today because they stealthily hide in a variety of seemingly “healthy” foods, like beans, grains, potatoes, and more.

Now, not everyone is lectin sensitive. But I was, I’ve had a lot of clients who were, and what I can tell you is that food sensitivities can wreak absolute havoc on your life if you aren’t addressing them.

The worst part is, you usually won’t even realize what’s happening because food sensitivities can affect you in so many different and terrible ways.

I was living with food sensitivities for 15 YEARS before I found out I was sensitive!

And, as you can see from the chart above, there are a number of different types of food sensitivities that could be affecting you.

The thing about food sensitivities is that it can be hard to figure out if you have them. It’s not always like a food allergy where you eat something and immediately break out in hives. The effects from eating something you’re sensitive to may show up within the hour or days later, making it very difficult to pinpoint the exact cause.

So, the bad night’s sleep you had two days ago, foggy brain you’re dealing with today or the upset stomach you could have tomorrow…may all be the result of a specific food sensitivity that you haven’t pinned down.

How do you find out if you have food sensitivities?

Our scientists have been pouring over the research and have finally compiled the world’s only comprehensive Food Sensitivity DNA Report that finally gives you an easy, affordable way to find out your genetic risk for 8 different types of common food sensitivities!

I WISH I would have had this report many years ago because it would have saved me so much trouble. I would have seen that red block saying I was at risk for lectin sensitivity, tried cutting out lectins and discovered the amazing life I know now much earlier.

This is one report you MUST get, because it can dramatically change your life. In fact, most of my diet, lifestyle and supplement protocols are based specifically on this report, in order to counteract my food sensitivities.

The Genetic Science Behind Food Sensitivities

If you’re reading this, chances are you’re the type of person who wants to know more about the science behind this report and how your genes play a role in all this.

I’ll use my own report as an example.

One of the genes that play a role in my sensitivity to lectins is my CNR1 gene.

There are 54 genes analyzed in the Food Sensitivity DNA Report, so this is just one piece of the puzzle, but it’s one major reason that I supplement with CBD oil on a regular basis now.

Here’s my CNR1 snapshot:

If you want to know what foods you might need to stay away from, plus receive more than 20 personalized diet, supplement and lifestyle recommendations based on the genes involved with food sensitivities, then you’ve got to get your Food Sensitivity DNA Report TODAY.

Don’t let one more day go by eating foods that you think are healthy but are actually preventing you from reaching optimal health.
