If you’ve ever doubted your creativity, think again.
Everyone has the potential for creativity; you just need to know how to tap into it.
A few months ago, I felt stuck, believing I couldn’t be creative unless everything aligned perfectly.
I had to have a great sleep, eat a specific breakfast, sit in the same spot in a coffee shop, and listen to my same YouTube playlist.
I called it my “creativity routine” and if I didn’t follow it, I would not be able to do anything.
Does this sound similar to something that you do?
Things changed pretty quickly when I decided to experiment with creativity, which I wrote about in a previous article.
Quick recap: I figured out that L-tyrosine is the perfect supplement to help with my creativity, as it addresses the negative DRD2 gene variant that I carry.
L-tyrosine boosts dopamine levels, a crucial neurotransmitter that enhances cognitive flexibility and innovative thinking—both vital for creativity.
Around 2 weeks after I started taking L-tyrosine, I noticed the effects it had on my creativity.
The blank Word document that I hated oh so much was now looked at as a white sheet of opportunity, something that I can use to share my story and the story of SelfDecode.
And the best part is, I don’t need to follow my strict routine.
In fact, I’m writing this now while sitting at the beach. (We love remote work ❤️)
Routine definitely does help, but if it’s the “end all, be all,” then you’re approaching it wrong.
I just wanted to write this follow up email to highlight two things:
- Creativity is not restricted to “artists.” Everyone is creative, you just have to know how to utilize it. And it’s important not just for the artist, but for everyone – even if you’re an accountant or you’re in finance, have trust funds, are 6’5 and have blue eyes.
- The easiest and quickest way to reach your goals – whether that’s to improve creativity or mood, increase energy and longevity, – is to personalize your approach. By using SelfDecode to look at my genes and taking L-tyrosine to counteract my negative variants, I was able to reach my goal in 2 weeks.
SelfDecode offers personalized insights to help you achieve your goals, whether it’s enhancing creativity, improving mood, or increasing energy. Remember, creativity isn’t just for artists—it’s a valuable trait that everyone possesses and can nurture. So, take the first step towards a more creative and fulfilling life by exploring what works best for you.
